As the Academic Programme Manager David is responsible for providing support in ensuring that issues of programme quality are updated and implemented; he will oversee the moderation process and make sure that programme teams conduct moderation in a timely manner for examination boards; he will also make sure that course committee meetings and course monitoring procedures are accomplished.

Dr Ann Wilkinson has demonstrated experience of teaching in higher education and supervising MBA and doctoral dissertations. She applies her energy, dedication and enthusiasm in teaching on the University of Bolton MBA programme in partnership with Klaspad and is also involved in dissertation supervisions. David Boyd served as a lecturer and moderator on the Roehampton University and is a highly qualified educationalist in the Management courses. David has done his Masters of Arts in Education at the Open University and he was delivering MBA in Human Resource Management at Herriot Watt (West-London College).

David has also extensive experience in online learning platforms - Blackboard, FirstClass, Moodle. He has decided to use Klaspad’s learning management system to deliver Qualifi Level 7 Diploma in Executive Management as Flying Faculty for Klaspad.

Roger has more than 15 years’ experience in Higher Education working for a wide range of Universities. He has worked and taught in over 30 countries. Have around one million words of publications. Extensive experience of online learning platforms - Blackboard, Web CT, FirstClass, Eluminate, Moodle, Adobe Connect, Klaspad.

Roger has completed a number of video lecture programmes for a number of providers and developed more than twenty distance learning programmes using a range of platforms. He has successfully managed a wide range of accreditation processes including American national/regional/state, OUVS, QCA, BAC, SQA, UK University Validation and QAA.

Roger has been involved with the ISM since 1986 and is responsible for managing and developing ISM’s business and internal organisation. He brings a commitment to positive change and he will be seeking to further develop the quality and responsiveness of ISM’s activity, as well as providing stability and renewal in a rapidly developing enterprise.

SAMUEL SYLVESTER MENDY (FCCA, FMAAT, MCMI, MCSI, MA) is an entrepreneur, a business owner and a professionally qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with over 20 years accounting and management experience. Samuel is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, Fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, a member of the Chartered Management Institute, a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment and he holds a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Leadership from University of Chester. Samuel is currently completing his Executive MBA with Oxford Brookes University.

He has worked for various organisations and gained a successful track record of improving and implementing accounting systems and financial controls for businesses. He has coached and implemented business success strategies for his clients. He has also helped entrepreneurs, business owners and company directors to be successful and desired leaders in their various disciplines.

Though, Samuel, has accomplished and achieved a lot in his discipline, he is currently studying for an Executive MBA with Oxford Brookes University. He believes that the rapid globalisation of the market place has changed the way businesses make decisions in order to remain competitive. Samuel believes an Executive MBA will place him in a better position to provide sound advice and strategies to his clients.

Samuel lives in London, United Kingdom and he is the managing partner of YBSM Partners Ltd, a Chartered Certified accountancy firm in London.

Professor Selvaraj Oyyan Pillay received his PhD in Biochemical Genetics from the Department of Genetics and Cellular Biology, University of Malaya in 1977. He is a trained scientist in the field of animal and population genetics, has worked closely with the Australian Centre for Agricultural Research from 1988 to 2002, and has represented Malaysia in the Steering Committee of the International Network for Genetics and Aquaculture from 1994 to 2004.

Professor Selvaraj was one of the team members of the Antarctica Expedition Team went to the South Pole Scientific Expedition mission in 1992. The Expedition was organised by Akademi Sains Malaysia and the Australian Antarctic Mission.

Professor Selvaraj joined Open University Malaysia in May 2005 to spearhead Institute of Professional Development (IPD-OUM) and the School of Lifelong Learning (SOLL). Since then IPD-OUM and SOLL revenues has grown two folds annually, Professor Selvaraj has led the group on its major strategic initiative to expand into extensive network nation-wide and overseas.

Dr Firoz is a Principal Lecturer in Banking, Investment and Financial Management in the Finance, Accounting and Business Systems department at Sheffield Hallam University. He is currently the Subject Group Leader for the Finance and Banking subject group which includes 18 members of full-time academic staff and 10 members of associate lecturer staff. This involves portfolio and programme management, work planning, and line management of staff. He was part of the Sheffield Business School's PRT visit where they successfully achieved the AACSB accreditation. Prior to this he has worked for HSBC Bank and First Direct Bank. Firoz has a PhD in Finance, a Masters in Banking and Finance and a PGCert in Learning and Teaching in Higher. He holds a certificate in Fintech revolution from Wharton Executive Education, University of Pennsylvania. He teaches on a range of Finance modules, supervise doctoral students and dissertations focusing on Fintech, Blockchain and cryptocurrency, Financial Risk Management, Ethics and Investment Professionalism, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Islamic and Investment Banking, Risk Management and Strategic Management. Firoz is a people person with first-hand experience of banking and finance. His research interests are in the field of Fintech, Corporate Governance, Banking, Regulation, Distressed Investments, Corporate Insolvency and Fund Management. In his current role, he line manages staff within the subject group, providing academic and subject leadership, direction and focus. He has been actively developing the department's portfolio in Financial Trading, Financial Technology, Financial Services, Investment, Banking and Economics. His role involves ensuring the effective deployment and development of the subject group as a team, optimising the use of the diverse skills of team members.

Alina is a strategic individual with significant expertise in various fields developed through a combination of relevant work experience and an advanced level of academic study.

In her current capacity, sheendeavours to combine a professional background and an academic career, being a Data Protection Lead at Kidsloop and a recognised teacher at the University of the West of Scotland.

Throughout her professional career, she joined multiple courses and accrued multiple business and cybersecurity-related qualifications helping her to develop a wide range of management, technical, security and commercial experience.

Alina began her doctorate degree in 2015 as a new career path – a career for life! After many years in various sectors, she acknowledged her passion and enthusiasm for cybersecurity, governance, risks and compliance and transitioned into a new career, dedicating endless hours to reach the expected results. Her curiosity and passion for cybersecurity has driven her to engage with the security community, gaining more insights, expertise and collaboration with more than 25 organisations; all of which contributed to her research about cybersecurity management and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

She was awarded a PhD in Cybersecurity Management and Enterprise Risk Management from Brunel University in 2019. During her time at Brunel University, she produced various pieces of research that looked at the reasons why financial organisations should consider aligning cybersecurity management with enterprise risk management. Correspondingly, she’s a passionate champion that encourages an acknowledgement of a paradigm shift from Information Security towards a Cybersecurity Paradigm.

Previously,Alina earned an MSc in International Business and E-Commerce that had an education root on a BSc degree in Business Management.

She is particularly interested in how organisations innovate, achieve sustainable strategies in dealing with emerging risks and how they approach the future (foresight). Her other interests are in the areas of supporting women in tech (diversity & inclusiveness), mentoring new talents, technology advancements, business management, cybersecurity, data privacy, risk governance, alignment and in particular anything that is socio-technical risk-related.
